UNIK Foundation workforce development services provide multiple options to those wishing to explore their employment goals. We view employment as a vital piece of the overall reintegration and recovery process and work with our clients to prepare and help them meet their employment needs. Services include Adult Employment, Benefits Counseling, Technology Training for Inmates & Re-Entry Supports.

Through our community partners, UNIK Foundation provides access to experienced legal teams that work tirelessly to protect the civil and employment rights of returning and recovering citizens by providing legal advice, representation, and free legal clinics to help people reduce, reclassify and/or expunge their criminal convictions.
